In October 2024, HD8 Life caught up with Ruth from Yorkshire Fine Cheese.
We chated to Ruth about how she swapped English Literature teaching for fine cheese making - another local business decision prompted by the COVID lockdowns and the life changing effect it had on so many!
Ruth gave us a quick run down on the process for making her delicious Barncliffe Brie and Barncliffe Blue. Who knew the time and work it takes to cultivate the perfect cheese?!
