We spent an awesome morning with Shawnie, who's a female health transformation coach based at Improved U Fitness Huddersfield in Skelmanthorpe Huddersfield, experiencing a taster session of what she offers to women who are looking to improve their health, fitness and to feel like themselves again after work, family, general life has taken over.
