Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – The Seed Package 1. Membership & Payments The Seed package runs on a monthly rolling membership at £75/month. Payment is taken in advance each month via your chosen method. Membership can be paused or cancelled at any time with one month’s notice. 2. On-Site Shoot Each month includes 1 hour on-site photography. Appointments must be booked in advance (we’ll provide a booking link or arrange directly). If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. 3. Editing & Delivery Editing time (1 hour) is included in your package. You’ll receive 10–15 professionally edited images each month. Images will be delivered digitally via shared folder or email, ready for you to post. 4. Monthly Meeting A 30–60 minute check-in meeting is included each month (online or in-person). Meetings are for reviewing content, planning ahead, and ensuring everything stays aligned with your goals. 5. Missed Appointments Missed or last-minute cancelled shoots/meetings (under 24 hours’ notice) may not be able to be rebooked that month due to limited availability. 6. Usage Rights You have full permission to use all edited images for your business marketing. HD8 Life CIC may also use selected images in our portfolio or social media (unless you request otherwise in writing). 7. Community Commitment The Seed package is subsidised to keep it accessible for local small businesses. We ask that all members respect our time and booking system to help us continue supporting the community.
