Cancellation Policy

1. Membership & Payments The Roots package runs on a monthly rolling membership at £75/month. Payment is taken in advance each month via your chosen method. Membership can be paused or cancelled at any time with one month’s notice. 2. On-Site Shoot Each month includes 1 hour on-site photography and 1 hour editing. Appointments must be booked in advance (via booking link or direct arrangement). Reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice. 3. Posting & Engagement Package includes up to 3 posts per week to one platform (or two if simple duplication). Captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action are included. Light engagement (liking, sharing, and basic replies) is included. 4. Monthly Meeting Includes a 30–60 minute check-in meeting each month (online or in person). Used for planning content, reviewing performance, and aligning with your goals. 5. Missed Appointments Missed or last-minute cancelled shoots/meetings (under 24 hours’ notice) may not be rebooked that month due to limited availability. 6. Usage Rights You may use all edited images and content for your business marketing. HD8 Life CIC may also showcase selected content in our portfolio or social media (unless you request otherwise in writing). 7. Community Commitment The Roots package is subsidised to support local small businesses. Please respect the booking system so we can keep this service sustainable.
